(STARATE)Starate Biodegradable
Masterbatch is a new type of composite material made
chiefly from modified starch. It has been specially
designed, with state-of-the-art technology, to ensure
that all products manufactured with it have the dual
advantages of being sufficiently strong in use and
easily degradable after disposal. Owing to this
exceptional advantage, Starate biodegradable plastics
rank among the leading brands on the market.
In 1997, Starate biodegradable plastics were awarded a
National Certificate of Excellence for New Products
jointly by five central government ministries.
Products manufactured with Starate biodegradable
plastics are of seven types, namely the BM series
(package sheet type), the DM series (soil cover sheet
type), the XZ series (special fibrous resin type), the
FM series (special foam producing resin type), the YZ
series (special resin type for manufacturing seedling
cultivation containers ), the HZ series (high starch
content resin type), and the PZ series (special resin
type used in hard sheet manufacture)
